MODEL USES

Marketing models are useful as a sales tool when trying to sell a property or development scheme.

SCALE

Marketing models are usually constructed at 1:100 or 1:200 scale. other options are 1:75, 1:150 and 1:250.

DETAIL

Marketing models generally show full colour and detail. (eg balustrades, window frames, tiling and paving patterns, full landscaping, water features, cars, and people)

CONTEXT

Generally show feature building or buildings, and immediate streets.
