INTERIOR MODEL USES

Interior model are used to show internal space of houses, leasing availability etc.

CHOOSE YOUR MODEL'S SCALE

Interior models are generally at 1:25 or 1:50 scale for houses, but can be bigger for larger developments (I.e. shopping centres)

DETAIL

Generally full colour or all white and detail such as furniture for houses, and seating and kiosks for shopping centres.

Concept/Study Models

These are modelled as simple all white to show proposed form and concept for development consultations and costing.
