DA MODEL USES

DA models are used solely as a tool to help with DA approval from council.

DA Models are predominantly 1:500

DETAIL

Generally show roads and block buildings. Feature landscaping elements and water features.

CONTEXT

Generally show feature building or buildings, and immediate streets, with surrounding buildings (shown in block form)

• Models within the scope of the Sydney City Council Masterplan model are made to required specifications as set out by Marc Werner (Senior Modelmaker SCC) and SCC Town Planners.
• As different councils have different requirements regarding specifications for scale, context and size etc, consultation is recommended.
